D. there is no mention in their manifest , that compensation would be payable to anybody else ( including "process claims and pay compensation for losses and damages suffered as a direct result of Internet Fraud.")
E. The amount of compensation is far to high at $500,000.
F. the sentence : "process claims and pay compensation for losses and damages suffered as a direct result of Internet Fraud."
would entail an enormous amount of money, more that the money available to the UNCC
